This trade, along with getting Ibanez over the offseason show that Amaro is one of the finest GMs in baseball.

That was too high a price to pay for any pitcher. Good job Phillies!!!!!

Re: Free Phillies Tickets! Lee's got great stats and with the Phils offense behind him, I'm sure it's a great acquisition.

Re: Free Phillies Tickets! Lee is addition we need to take us to the World Series again and win it!! With that additional force to our pitching line-up, it makea our team that much stronger. Halladay would have been nice, but at what sacrafice? This was a smart move.

My confidence is so high for this team, one of my PTO days is reserved for the next Phills parade!! :)

It gives us a #1 starter and a right handed bat off the bench. Lee's stats the last two years compare very well to Holladay's and his record this year would be much better if had received better run support. All of that, plus the Phillies didn't mortgage the future by renting Holladay for 1.5 years.

Re: Free Phillies Tickets! Go Phils!

Re: Computer Forensics vs. eDiscovery: What Does Your Case Need?

Thanks for the post. Just to clarify- does that mean digital forensics deal with the initial stage of identifying & collecting data, where as E discovery is about the analysis and presenting the evidence for either court proceedings or corporate internal use?

Re: Computer Forensics vs. eDiscovery: What Does Your Case Need?

Great post. Great clarification. There are a ton of people out there promoting things as resellers/brokers, and it seems there always will be. It's almost the direct sales model for legitimate businesses. This is a great white paper on the subject of ediscovery (proactive) and how it actually reduces costs not only for legal purposes but also for the cost of data storage in the long run.
http://www.nextpage.com/resour...
